Additionally, the upper and lower dual dust collection design efficiently captures debris generated during processing, keeping the work area clean and reducing post-operation cleaning efforts.

It features double-sided gluing that ensures even glue coating on both the panel edge and edge strip, enhancing bonding firmness and preventing edge peeling. For post-banding finishing, it is equipped with double-sided trimming (upper and lower) to neatly cut excess edge strip, plus double-sided scraping to smooth burrs on the edge surface—ensuring a flat, smooth finish. The subsequent double-sided polishing further refines the edge, making it look more refined and professional.

Additionally, the efficient vacuuming function quickly collects debris generated during processing, keeping the work area clean; while the head and tail trimming precisely handles the edge strip at the panel’s ends, avoiding residual gaps and ensuring consistent edge banding quality across the entire panel.
