This fully automatic head and tail sealing and repairing machine supports both straight and curved edge processing, easily adapting to diverse panel edge shapes (such as straight furniture edges and curved decorative panels). It adopts a square rail slideway, which ensures smooth and stable movement during operation, avoiding jitter that affects sealing accuracy.​

Equipped with a 4-blade alloy arc knife, it can precisely trim arc edges—delivering neat, burr-free cuts that enhance the overall aesthetics of the panel. The automatic end trimming function realizes hands-free processing of panel heads and tails, saving labor and ensuring consistent trimming quality.​

In terms of feeding, it uses belt transmission with steel bar slides: the steel bar structure strengthens the slide’s stability, ensuring smooth and non-slipping feeding of panels. Notably, it can seal 3cm narrow plates without pressure, effectively preventing deformation of small-size panels during processing. Plus, the large-diameter dust collection system achieves a 98% dust removal effect, keeping the work area clean and reducing post-operation cleaning.

As a high-speed fully automatic edge banding machine, it integrates a full set of standard functions to achieve efficient and high-quality edge banding in one go.

It features double-sided gluing that ensures even glue coating on both the panel edge and edge strip, enhancing bonding firmness and preventing edge peeling. The automatic tape breaking function eliminates manual cutting steps, matching the machine’s high-speed operation to avoid workflow interruptions and save time.

For post-banding finishing, it is equipped with double-sided trimming (upper and lower) to neatly cut excess edge strip, plus double-sided scraping to smooth burrs on the edge surface—ensuring a flat, smooth finish. The subsequent double-sided polishing further refines the edge, making it look more refined and professional.

Additionally, the efficient vacuuming function quickly collects debris generated during processing, keeping the work area clean; while the head and tail trimming precisely handles the edge strip at the panel’s ends, avoiding residual gaps and ensuring consistent edge banding quality across the entire panel.
