Working principle:

The machine preheats the glue to ensure it has the appropriate stickiness when it is applied. Then, the edge band is sent to the coating area, and whether it is a straight or curved edge band, it can adapt to different edge requirements. The edge band passes through the coating roller, so that the glue is evenly applied on the back of the edge band. Subsequently, the edge band coated with glue is pressed onto the edge of the board to be sealed, and the pressing roller or pressing device ensures that the edge band is closely attached to the board. After pressing, there may be excess edge band parts, and the trimming device will cut off these excess parts to make the edge cleaner.
